Validation factorPage-specific boundaryRelease check
Decision inputPure copper, oxygen-free copper, foil, busbars and electrode parts have different conductivity and appearance requirements.Record purity or grade, thickness, plating, surface condition and permitted resistance change.
Coupling and protectionReflection, heat flow and surface change affect melt initiation, penetration and process stability.Within the equipment limits, validate wavelength, power density, focus, speed and back-reflection protection.
Foil and busbarsFoil can be sensitive to burn-through and distortion; large busbars create a strong heat sink.Check cross-section, spatter, distortion, interface fusion and heat accumulation in continuous production.
Cleanliness and acceptanceOxide, oil, plating and contact surfaces change welding, cleaning and marking results.Agree the cleaning state, then verify strength, resistance, appearance or the specified functional metric.

FAQ

Common project questions

What information should we send first?

Please provide the material grade, dimensions, drawings, photos, required quality, production rate and any existing inspection standard.

Can Aogeo Laser test our real samples?

Yes. Sample validation is used to define the process window, compare technical routes and confirm the appropriate platform before final configuration.

How is the laser source and power selected?

Selection depends on absorption, thickness, feature size, heat input, quality and takt time. Power is one parameter inside the complete process window.

Can the system connect to an existing line?

Yes. The project can include robots, handling, vision, inspection, PLC, recipes, serial-number binding and MES or database interfaces.
