The production window should cover

  • Alloy, material specification, heat treatment, lot and surface state
  • Joint or feature geometry, fixture, shielding and complex-surface path
  • Nominal settings plus expected material, fit-up and equipment variation
  • Cross-section, microstructure/hardness, dimensions, recast, strength or project functional acceptance

VALIDATION ROUTE

Build a measurable process window

Every route is selected against the actual part, acceptance method and production conditions.

01

FAQ

Common project questions

What information should we send first?

Please provide the material grade, dimensions, drawings, photos, required quality, production rate and any existing inspection standard.

Can Aogeo Laser test our real samples?

Yes. Sample validation is used to define the process window, compare technical routes and confirm the appropriate platform before final configuration.

How is the laser source and power selected?

Selection depends on absorption, thickness, feature size, heat input, quality and takt time. Power is one parameter inside the complete process window.

Can the system connect to an existing line?

Yes. The project can include robots, handling, vision, inspection, PLC, recipes, serial-number binding and MES or database interfaces.
