APPLICATION BEFORE EQUIPMENT

Separate the contaminant from the substrate

Removal threshold, pulse shape, energy density, overlap, focus and extraction define cleaning efficiency and substrate protection. Results are verified by cleanliness, roughness and downstream welding or coating performance.

01

Material

Grade, thickness, surface condition, coating and batch variation.

02

Geometry

Drawing, feature size, joint, datum, gap and optical access.

03

Quality

Appearance, edge, cross-section, strength, sealing and cleanliness.

04

Production

Takt time, handling, inspection, traceability and factory interface.

VALIDATION ROUTE

Build a measurable process window

Every route is selected against the actual part, acceptance method and production conditions.

01

Pulsed precision cleaning

Selective removal of thin oxide, oil, adhesive and sensitive contamination.

PULSED · LOW HEAT
02

Heavy-duty CW cleaning

High-throughput rust and coating removal on steel structures and large parts.

CW · HIGH RATE
03

Pre- and post-weld treatment

Prepare joining surfaces and remove weld oxide with controlled metal exposure.

04

Mold and tooling cleaning

Non-contact removal of rubber, carbon and release agents while preserving texture.

MOLD · TEXTURE
05

Wood and paint removal

Layer-controlled coating removal for restoration and rework applications.

WOOD · COATING
06

FAQ

Common project questions

What information should we send first?

Please provide the material grade, dimensions, drawings, photos, required quality, production rate and any existing inspection standard.

Can Aogeo Laser test our real samples?

Yes. Sample validation is used to define the process window, compare technical routes and confirm the appropriate platform before final configuration.

How is the laser source and power selected?

Selection depends on absorption, thickness, feature size, heat input, quality and takt time. Power is one parameter inside the complete process window.

Can the system connect to an existing line?

Yes. The project can include robots, handling, vision, inspection, PLC, recipes, serial-number binding and MES or database interfaces.
