Maskless Laser Direct-Write Photolithography System

The AOGEO maskless laser direct-write photolithography system exposes digital patterns onto photoresist-coated wafers or substrates. It defines patterns for semiconductor, MEMS and sensor processing through layout import, alignment and exposure control. The exposed workpiece then follows the specified development and pattern-transfer sequence.

  • Applications: Digitally expose device regions, test structures and interconnect patterns using a compatible positive- or negative-resist process. Support design iteration and different layouts, with developed resist patterns feeding the customer's specified etching, deposition or lift-off operations.
  • Process inputs and outputs: Inputs are resist-coated, preprocessed substrates, digital layouts, alignment marks and resist-process information. Outputs include exposed workpieces and exposure records. Inspect the resist pattern after development using the agreed measurement methods.
  • Configuration discussion: Match the source and exposure approach to resist sensitivity. Coordinate data preparation, exposure dose, scanning and stitching, focus and height management, stage motion, alignment and clean handling around the substrate and layout.
  • Quality and acceptance: Establish checks for critical dimensions, overlay, stitching, dose uniformity, resist residue and sidewall condition. Evaluate results together with coating, baking and development conditions, while preserving the relevant layout and recipe versions.
  • RFQ information: Provide substrate dimensions and surface structures, resist designation and thickness, layout format, critical features and alignment requirements. Include the exposure-development sequence, sample substrates, inspection methods, automation needs and production-data requirements.

Evaluate the machine in the context of process, industry and material requirements to compare routes and plan validation.

ENGINEERING SELECTION

Engineering selection starts with four inputs

A model number is only a starting point. Define the part, target, cycle time and integration conditions to build a verifiable configuration.

01

Part & material

Provide material, dimensions, thickness, surface condition and fixturing requirements.

02

Process & quality targets

Define the required result, precision, appearance and consistency criteria.

03

Cycle time & output

Provide target cycle time, shifts, loading method and changeover frequency to size the system correctly.

04

Automation & interfaces

Evaluate vision, traceability, robotics, material handling and production-line communication requirements.

FAQ

Questions before starting a project

Confirm the project boundary before sample testing and engineering configuration to reduce selection cycles.

View service & support
What information is needed before equipment selection?

Share part drawings or photos, material and thickness, process location, quality standard, target cycle time, and automation or interface requirements.

Is the configuration shown in the video final?

Videos illustrate operation and process direction. Laser source, optics, motion, tooling, vision and safety are configured for the actual part and project targets.

Do you support sample testing and process validation?

Yes. Submit materials, drawings and acceptance criteria; after the test scope is agreed, results can guide equipment selection.

How is the delivery scope defined?

The agreed project documents define the scope, which may include equipment, process validation, tooling, automation, training and service support.
