Aogeo Laser integrates laser processing with robotic path control, vision positioning, conveyors, motion platforms, custom fixtures, inspection, and production data systems. Solutions are developed around the workpiece, process result, cycle time, changeover, safety, automation level, and traceability requirements.

Typical Applications

Robotic welding and cleaning, vision-guided marking, on-the-fly coding, multi-station rotary cells, automatic loading and unloading, roll-to-roll processing, and custom production workstations.

System Capabilities

Robots, galvos, precision stages, vision, autofocus, fixtures, conveyors, extraction, safety enclosures, PLC controls, inline inspection, recipe management, and MES interfaces can be combined into a validated production cell.
